Acting on a special order from the Presidency regarding your part payment  I am Mr Jerry Emeka Diplomat i was  mandated to deliver fund  directly to you , a part payment  valued  $2. 5Million .i  left Nigeria last night and i arrived safely today in your country.

 

Base on this special order from Presidency i   paid US$9,600 for  Customs Clearance Tag  Bond  to enable me have smooth delivery of your payment , but  is very unfortunate   United State  Customs did not allow me to proceed to meet with  you, as they  demand  for  Transit Clearance Permit document from  United States Embassy in Nigeria before they will allow me  to leave the airport with your  payment luggage  for   delivery of your payment.

 

Right now i am  short of funds because i  have  spent all the money paying for various taxes in the airport to ensure smooth delivery your payment ,so the only way out is to get the Transit Clearance Permit from the United States Embassy in Nigeria to enable me    get  the payment luggage from the airport  and delivery your payment to you and fly back to Nigeria.

 

I have  pleaded with the authorities at the airport for me to take money from the payment luggage they refused that it cannot be touched.

 

My Colleague in Nigeria  said it will cost $350 dollars to get the transit clearance permit document from the United States Embassy ,so you have to do your best and send this  $350 .00 to  CHIMA JOE in Lagos  Nigeria immediately to obtain the document from the United States Embassy.
