(1.) Both Parties Sign Contract Agreement
(2.) Buyer gives a BCL or PoF or Bank Statement (from a good Bank not older than 3 Days) showing Buyer has available Cash equivalent to 2% of Face Value of the BG. Buyer also gives Authority to Verify (ATV) the BCL or PoF or Bank Statement .
(3.) Seller's Bank issues Pre-Advise 799 within 3 Banking Days
(4.) Within 2 banking days Buyer verifies the MT799 & pays the 2% Cash
(5.) Issuing Bank sends MT760 within 2 banking days after 2% is received
(6.) Buyer makes 52% Payments within 5 banking days after 760 received.
(7.) Hard Copy follows within 7 Banking Days after Payment.
*** The Issuing Bank shall place a claim on the BG if Buyer fails to pay the 52% within 5 Banking Days of confirming the MT760.
