INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYEE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

We are in receipt of your Application and Interview Form.

We have gone through your profile and as M/F/D/V Affirmative Action Employer, we have considered offering you the position of "IT ENGINEER" but this position becomes official when the management have concluded. This will be after you agree with our terms and condition by signing and entering this contract with us.

All candidates from this region to are to pay for their visa fees in their respective countries which will be reimbursed to them upon their arrival to commence duty because we cannot ascertain if the candidate will actually show up after we have sponsored them or not. Company will provide air ticket for you to come here from your country after you have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company to process electronic tickets for you to come and commence your career with us.

Moreover, you are expected to follow the company's traveling policy, for this reason you should take care of the processing of your visa. Your agreement and readiness will allow us file visa petition & Labor Condition Application (LCA) to the Department of Labor attesting you have complied to the agreement and issue your H-1B, (H4 for family)visa approval documents to the Embassy which is to be released to you in 10-15 working days if you are Appointed.

Out of the 65,000 caps for H1 B visa allocated each fiscal year, there is another 6,800 caps/slots for VIP, special or emergency candidates and this is the batch where you will be placed to enable swift and fast processing of your visa.
The US Attaché and US Visa Officials will facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay.
An international account will be opened for you and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque(more details will be given by payroll officer if appointed). 

If you agree with the employment schedules, then you are ready to relocate and work with us. Print out this contract agreement, sign and return it along with Genuine and Valid Educational qualifications certificates scan copies. Our HR senior officials will review all responds provided by you and educational qualification certificates before we appoint. Your certificates will enable us to file immediate visa petition to the Embassy in your Country for your visa application forms to be processed FAST TRACK. Only those who submit Agreement Form with Genuine Education Qualification documents will be replied.

PROVIDE FULL NAMES AS WRITTEN ON PASSPORT AND TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT PURPOSE.

Your Appointment Letter will be sent after an agreement has been reached by employer and concerned international employee.
