Your APPLICATION FORM has been assessed and processed in line with your credentials. We appreciate your interest and willingness to work with Atlantic Global Energy and Construction Company. We have gone through your credentials in line with your experience, these has prompted to offer you the position of an MECHANICAL ENGINEER. Your Appointment takes effect after you have carefully read and studied the Agreement Letter which is composed of the Terms and Conditions of Service of this Company.

The Contract Agreement Letter is attached to this mail, you are to print, sign and return to us immediately for further official protocols if you accept the conditions. The Company shall provide a free and decent accommodation in its housing estate for all employees. 

The Employee shall be reimbursed of all expenses made/incurred related to this job offer before commencement of duties or expenses made during travel plans, processing of travel particulars etc. The employee is expected to show valid proofs/receipts of all expenses incurred and refund shall be initiated not later than Five (5) Working days after submission of Employee's Expenses Report and Receipts as proofs of such expenses. After one week of arrival at the job location, the Employer shall reimburse fully all travel costs and expenses made by Employee.

The Company shall however provide all needed logistics to the Canadian Visa Officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay.

Finally, the Company shall open an international account for you on the account that you migrated from your country on a WORK VISA and your salaries and entitlements shall be paid as at when due by either cash or cheque (depending on your preference).
