Be careful.  These scammers will send you a lot of fake documents and swear that they are legit. Don't be fooled.

    Brokers, Buyers, Sellers & Inspection Companies beware, this company is connected to the Dalchimprom scam group Krasnyanik tank farm and Kudminskaya Tank Farm, LLC. This company has you send and average of $140,000 for a 7 day lease of tanks and then sends you all fake documents. Please do not send any money to any of these organizations or consider is gone. You will never get fuel from Dalchimprom and you will never confirm a valid tank from any of these alleged tank farms. Their main goal is to collect money and manipulate you into thinking there was product and they either force you into expiration or they simply walk away. Krasnyanik and Dalchimprom just struck in December of 2015 collecting $450,000 from a buyer in Dubai and they lost every penny. Dalchimprom CO, LTD is the ring leader.
