I'm in receipt of your mail with the attached filled application form,we appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company.
There are no traditional interview as selection of candidate was based of on experiences/qualification and strict screening of your resume.After the verification of your profile, we have decided to offer you the position of Finance manager on the contract base of three years. You will be given a two weeks orientation program here in the united states before you commence with your duties so as to introduce you to your work environment and your job profile will be shared with you during this period.
We have attached for your perusal, a copy of the Contract terms and Agreements. On your satisfaction with the terms of employment, you are to sign and send back to us immediately via e-mail attachment so as to prepare your Letter of Appointment and make arrangements for your work permit and visa documentation.
You are expected to follow the company's traveling policy. So for this reason,you will be responsible for your work permit and visa documentation as we shall provide you with the services of the US immigration lawyer on immigration matters.
You will be guided on the immigration requirements and procedures and also on the documents you need to provide in order to facilitate your work/resident permit and visa approval which will cost you approximately $390 USD, and this amount will be reimbursed to you on your joining.
If you accept these conditions,you must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period.
We shall provide flight tickets and free accommodation that befits family size not exceeding five occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period of your employment.
If you agree with the employment schedules, then you are ready to relocate and work with us.
Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of this Company/Contract Agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation.
