For home as a supervisor salary 4000 pound monthly +500 weekly incentives =4500 total gross salary.Mr Philip told me that each and every cost he will pay and when I will join the job then he will dedut the amount from my monthly salary.now he I telling me to pay for visa fees 95 pound equivalent to 9700 ₹ INR.so sir should I pay today is my deposits day.this mail came yesterday mail by Mr Sumi he has given all the bank details

ifsc- Barboaizawl, Bank of Baroda.

No real visa agent would ever, ever give you a bank account to deposit money for visa charges!  That would never happen!  That indicates a scam!  

All house supervisor, house keeping, house cleaning, nanny jobs, private nurse, etc. jobs from Canada and UK are scams.  No stranger in another country is going to hire a stranger in India who he can't see, and pay to fly them to their home and trust them with their family.  It doesn't make sense.  They could just hire someone in their own country who they know or could interview!
