BECHTEL / Fake Job Scam Fraud


This agreement is made between BECHTEL & Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd. Airdrie, Alberta Canada. hereafter calld the company and PARMAR UMESH N. of INDIAN nationality, holder of passport No. K-6514620 who hereafter is Called the employee.
Whereby it is agreed as follows;
Date of commencement of duties 23-01-2014

(1) The Company shall employ the Employee as STORE ASSISTANT or in any other capacity within the scope of his abilities and/or selected for him by the company or its authorized representative.
(2) The engagement shall commence from the date the employee commence his duties with the company and shall as herein after continue for a period of 60 months or until completion of the company’s assigment unless otherwise terminated in accordance with terms and condition of this agreement.
(3) a) the employee agrees to work such hours, shifts and call outs as may be required by the company for performance of work, working up to 48 hours per week. in accordance with the canada labour law the standard work week consists of forty eight worked hours as follows; saturday to thursday 8 hours per day, generally of any other combination of bhour up to a total of 48 hours per week.
b) Overtime is to be paid only after 48 worked hours per week if so required by the company. in such instances where there is entitlement it shall be accordance with the local labour law.
(4) The company shall form the date of arrival in Canada pay the Employee a salary at the reat of US$ 2200/- per month for duration of this agreement. 
(5) a) The Company shall provide free of charge in canada for the employee suitable shared living quaters with electricity and running water.
b) The company shall also provide free of charge food supplide and caterd by a recognized canada licensed catering contractor or a per diem subsistence allowance of $ 200/- per month. the decision on which will be the company’s option.
(6) The salary and / or allowances shall be paid subject to any dues or contributions in compliance with all local Governmant Regulations Canada.
(7) The company shall pay the following flight cost for the Employee;
a) The passage of the Employee from the nearest international Airport from his home to canada by a route and manner selected by the company.
b) The company shall provide yearly free passage from canada to the nearest international Airport from his hometown providing that the employee resume his duties in canada as per his approved leave reqviest.
(8) The Employee shall not have the right to work for any other party during or outside of normal working hours whether paid or unpaid.
The company will be submite all legal process is complete to FSTW program in your canadian embassy delhi, if you are successfully all opechenity then issued air ticket mumbai to canada. visa process is depend on embassy’s Rules.
PACKAGE; Totally package $ 2000/- so employee has $ 750/- will be paid advance our key person. you must be keep security letter by key person. if you have cancellation any moment this program, so deduct for the 20% to acchully amount. and than back refund under 30-45 days.
The Local Labour Law praivet sector shall be applied to any unmentioned case in agreement and/or conflcation.
