As stated, no web site for this type of offer most often means fraud. pochta@capitalsv.net is using the domain for email only, they removed their web site likely because it would have uncovered them as a fraud. Copies are still in Google cache and as you can see, the links on capitalsv.net redirect to capital-sv.ru / http://capital-sv.ru/index.htm which was identified as a fraud way back in December 2010 and is already posted here ==>

This could have easily been uncovered if you simply had done a bit of research with Google. I don't mean disrespect but how can you seriously get yourself involved in international trade without first learning the most basic of all research.

Unless you first do a bit of research, you cannot simply post multiple requests in the hope someone will do all the work for you. We are just a small group of unpaid volunteers and we cannot and will not be used as a replacement for proper due diligence. A good start would be right here...

Those guys are design very good trap, They only scam 30% prepayment, they will not start the bulk order with you(even you want), they will request you to strat trial order(one container) for beggining.

Well its an obvious scam which you could easily figure out by reading the articles I cited in my previous post. The domain was registered 5 months ago. No legitimate oil company could possibly have been in existence for such a short time! Scammers just purchased a domain and put up a website and declared themselves an oil company and are now looking for victims to scam.

It's already been stated that voronezhnefteprodukt.ru is a fraud so why are you asking about it again. The web site is a fraud regardless if you're reading the English section or the Russian. You can't have half a web site as a fraud and half as legitimate. voronezhnefteprodukt.ru was cloned from the legitimate Rosneft web site.

Keep in mind that we are just volunteers, not a due diligence company. You will have to make an effort and do some research yourself and the best place to start is by following Mysteryquest's advice...

That website was posted as a fraud sometime ago:http://forum.aa419.org/viewtopic.php...ffd869fe352ea2 If you don't even take the time to Google the website of a company to see if its a fraud, I don't understand why you would contemplate entering this business. OIL Group posted here in page 21, but it is not clear to me whether they are or not real. why? because i have followed many email with them, phone calls in english and russian, they seemed very real, have address in Moscow with a map (im trying to find a friend living in moscow to verify for me the address), and you guys here posted, but didnt say if its or not fake. This is an anti-fraud forum, legitimate companies are not posted. Perhaps you don't understand how scammers work. The fact that you can exchange emails with someone or have conversations with someone in English and Russian, and they have an address with a map and a website, doesn't mean you're not dealing with a scammer and if that is all you're going by, you'll get scammed, guaranteed, especially in this field. You will need to do much more due diligence that you are presently doing! For starters, I would suggest that you read:

around the page 24 or so in this thread someone was defending this company: resursnefte.com saying that they are the exception of the rule and that they have been doing exports overseas with not so competitive prices, but still.

recently I went to visit their website and I got a warning telling me that there's malware in the site, so now I wonder, are they or not scammers?

Some sites are infected by hackers while others are purposely infected by the site's owner so malware infection in itself is not necessarily an indication that a site is a scam.
