Dear Customer,

Here are the steps in a ClickandBuy Rental Transaction .The seller brings the package to our company. We will check the package and all the documents .The next step is made by the buyer. He must send the payment to one of the company agents and after we check the money transfer, we will bring the package to his address in 2- 3 days. The buyer has 5 days for the apartment inspection. After this period the buyer must confirm the final answer( If he wants to rent the apartment or not ). If the buyer is not satisfied with the apartment he will receive a full refund from our company.The payment must be sent using WESTERN UNION transfer. Your money is 100% protected by our company. If there are problems with your transaction we will give your money back. Now you must forward the shipping details to the seller and he will contact us for starting the transaction.

ClickandBuy SAFE EXCHANGE service:

1. The seller part brings the package to us;
2. After the package arrives to ClickandBuy, the buyer part will be notified that the package is available for payment.
3. The buyer part will receive a transaction confirmation from ClickandBuy.
4. The buyer part must transfer the payment to ClickandBuy via Western Union (if the money amount is lower than 3000 GBP) or bank acount tranfer (if the money amount is bigger then 3000 GBP).
5. The buyer part will be notified via email with our company agent's name and address where he must deposit the money.
6. The buyer part gets the package at his address.
7. The buyer part inspects the items received (5 days inspection period).
8. If the buyer part is satisfied with the package content, he/she must send an email to ca-clickandbuy@consultant.com to confirm that the transaction must be finished. If the buyer part is not satisfied with the package content, he/she can return the package
9. ClickandBuy will transfer the money to the seller part (if the buyer part accepts the package).
