Rental Scammer / Will Lockes / James Jovages / fake www.ClickandBuy / Scam Fraud

 
This is a rental scam.  This scammers doesn't own this apartment.   He's "listed" it way below market to get as many potential victims as possible!  He will request that you "pay" the rent and deposit to a fake clickandbuy.com which will request money via Western Union.  The real clickandbuy.com does not use a free email address like clickandbuyservices@consultant.com nor does it request money via Western Union. Any request for money to be sent via Western Union or MoneyGram is always a scam!

The apartment located in 1 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON, Canada is in excellent condition and it's just like in the pictures, very clean and very well kept. Honestly from point of view I'm sure that you will rent it on spot. I'm not looking to make a business or a profit with the apartment, I'm just trying to find a responsible tenant to take good care of the place. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished but if you want you can use your furniture and deposit mine in the storage unit near the building so is not far away. The rent is 900CAD/month with everything included (heat, hydro, water, electricity, cable and internet, 2 parking spots, laundry in-suite, washer and dryer). You will have full access to all the amenities of the building (sauna, pool, fitness room, gym, party room, visitor parking). Pets are allowed. I stayed in the apartment with my wife for 3 months. About me: I'm a civil engineer and I work for a worlwide company called Jacobs Engineering, I'm 45 years old married with 2 children. The reason I'm renting the apartment is that I'm relocating with my job in another country and I already signed the contract that will be for the next 4 years. Everything in the apartment is new so there will be no need for repairs. The only problem is that I need to send you the keys and papers because it is a private property.I'm sure we can make this happen.

You don`t have to be worried  about your money because they are 100% protected . I`ve used ClickandBuy several times in the past as a buyer and all was in order they have great services. I can access the funds just after ClickandBuy have your final answer about the transaction. If u refuse to keep the apt you will receive a full refund from them...

The emails below are those from a rental scammer who does not own the
apartment/condo he is advertising for rent and then sends a fake email supposedly from clickandbuy.com which does not have an escrow service or demand money via Western Union.  Never ever send money to somebody or some company you don't know using any money transfer service.
The scammer changes his name and email address.  When you run into this scam it is important to add the email address he is using to the comment section.  The email address is just as important as the name!

He collects money via Western Union which means it can't be traced so there is no way to know who he actually is. Just don't fall for the scam. Never send money via Western Union to any one you don't personally know and remember no real company would ever request money be sent via Western Union!

      You will only have to deposit to ClickandBuy the first month of rent from contract and damage deposit 770 $ + 770 $ = 1540 $ CAD so they can proceed with the transaction . I will explain you step by step how this process will work:

      1 - To start the process all I need is your full info(full name, address and a cell phone number).
      2 - I will go at ClickandBuy to deposit the keys and the contract on your name as the intended receiver.
      3 - ClickandBuy will check the package to see if everything is in order and also the legal papers that will come along with the keys and proof of ownership with their Real Estate Professional Department in London. They will also confirm with the building manager that I'm the legal owner of the apartment I'm renting to you.
      4 - ClickandBuy will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the keys and the papers in their custody in which you will also have all the payment instructions to complete the wire transfer to the ClickandBuy bank account .

I proceeded to tell him I was looking on computer and saw same emails he wrote to ther people and he hung up. go figure. has anyone reported him yet? if so how do I go about it and do the rcmp take this seriously
