On behalf of the HELIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LL C, I am pleased to offer you the position of {Sales Manager } contingent on the successful completion of your background screening. The salary for this exempt/non-exempt position is $ 20 000 per monthly (twenty thousand US Dollars). Please report to Mr William Van Zyl, Human Resources Assistant. E -mail: hr@helixxconstruction.com
Your Annual Total Employment Cost to the company would be USD 240 000. (Two hundred and forty thousand American dollars only) the details of which is been given in the Annexure attached below.
In addition to successful completion of the background screening, this offer is contingent upon your signing both an agreement that the employment relationship is at-will and an arbitration agreement. Both agreements are enclosed for your signature to be returned to me along with a signed copy of this letter.
