This is a fake job scam!  There is no job!  Do not send documents or money! Read  The email address is fake! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam!

I'm in receipt of your mail with the attached filled application form and interview that was sent to you.

I gladly inform you of your good performance in the interview as we also appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company. We have gone through your profile and your qualifications have made us to consider offering you the position of ( Research Manager)  because of your resume, but this position becomes official when the management have concluded. This will be coming up after you agree with the terms and condition of this company by signing this contract with us.

However, attached to this mail is Contract Agreement Letter, which you are to print, sign and return to us immediately for other official protocols, if you accept the conditions. You must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. The Company has provided a free accommodation that benefits family size not exceeding 5 occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period you are working with us.

The Company shall provide air ticket for you to come here from your country after you must have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company Immigrants Department to process your ticket to come and commence your career with us.

Moreover, you are expected to follow the company's traveling policy. So for this reason you should take care of the Visa Fee. Your readiness with the Visa Fee will enable the UAE Attaché and UAE Visa Officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay. We have changed our system of employing foreigners as this is due to the fact that they derail or cancel their trip after we have sponsored them. We then came up with a solution that all foreigners from Asia zone pay for their visa fee why we reimburse them when they resume their duty because we cannot ascertain if the staff we actually show up after we have sponsored them. We have run at losses following issues like this and the administrators will not like that to repeat itself again.

Finally, the Company shall open an international account for you on the account that you migrated from there to here on EMPLOYMENT VISA and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque.

If you agree with the employment schedules, then you are ready to relocate and work with us, print out this contract agreement and sign it after reading and send it back to us for office use. Nevertheless, haven read and accepted the norms and ethics of this Company/Contract Agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification along side with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. Your certificates will help us to prepare the documents that will be sent to the Embassy in your Country for your visa application forms to be processed.

Fujairah National Construction Company Contract Agreement Letter As Human 

Resources Manager of Fujairah National Construction Company, I hereby on 

behalf of the above name enter agreement with you. I urge you to abide by the 

rules and ethics guiding this organization. We shall welcome you as one of our 

employees and hope that you will find your employment with us satisfactory. 

We are pleased to offer you employment with the Fujairah National 

Construction Company upon the following terms and conditions:


Your commencing date with the Fujairah National Construction 

Company will be stipulated on the intent appointment letter if you are 

successfully appointed.

1.0 Your contract with us will last for 2 years after which we will consider 


2.0 SALARY Your starting basic monthly salary will be 27,547.50 AED per 

Month which you will receive before 28th of every Month.


Hazard/Inconveniences: AED 1560 .00 (Monthly)

Car Maintenance: AED 1800.00 (Monthly)

House & Furnishings: AED 7,200.00 (Yearly)

Entertainment & Recreation: AED 1620.00 (Monthly)

Travel & Events: AED 2340.00 (Monthly)


The Company could send all the essential documents and appoint UAE 

Immigration attaché to assist you in getting your entry clearance from the 

Consular. You shall bear the cost of securing your entry clearance (visa) while 

the company provides air ticket to you and your IMMEDIATE family. You will 

be reimbursed the cost incurred during your visa processing period after 

submitting the receipts as evidence of payment.


The Company's working hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 4pm. 

You are entitled to one hour of lunch in break every day. You may be 

required to work

beyond the normal working hours to discharge your duties at the sole 

discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right, at its sole 

discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need 



Besides the gazette public holidays, you are entitled to twenty 

eight (28) days paid annual leave upon the completion of six 

months service from the date of

confirmation of your employment. Pro-rated (divide) annual leave before the 

completion of six months service is at the sole discretion of the company. 

During the probation period, you are not entitled to any leave. You cannot carry 

forward any unutilized annual leave to the next year. Any leave balance at the 

end of the calendar year shall be forfeited. Unpaid leave shall be granted at the 

sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to terminate 

your employment without notice if you are absent from work on unpaid leave 

without prior approval from the Company. You are entitled to five (5) days of 

compassionate leave per calendar year upon the completion of the first year of 

service. Approval for compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of the 

company. All leave applications must be made in writing and at least seven (7) 

days in advance and shall be approved at the absolute discretion of the 



You must notify the Company and/or your immediate supervisor as soon 

as practicable if you are unable to work for medical reasons. Such notice 

shall be given within

the first four (4) hours of the working day. However, your families also have the 

same medical entitlements as well as you. You are required to produce, 

without demand, a medical certificate in all cases where you are absent from 

work for medical reasons. You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick 

leave per calendar year, upon confirmation of your employment. Sick leave 

during the probation period shall be approved at the sole discretion of the 

Company. If you are hospitalized on a doctor's written order, you may get up to 

forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.


You will be entitled to the Maternity leave as per UAE law. Such leave is to be 

taken on doctor's written orders. The maternity leave will be on a fully paid basis 

as long as the Employee has served for at least one hundred and eighty (180) 

days before the date of first confinement. A female Employee on leave because 

of a miscarriage shall be considered to be only on normal sick leave. You are 

entitled to two (2) days of employer-paid childcare leave per calendar year if 

you have any child below age seven (7) in that year.


During your employment with Fujairah National Construction Company, 

either party may terminate the contract by giving one (1) months’ notice or 

the equivalent of two (1) month's salary in lieu of notice. The Company 

reserves the right not to give any reasons for termination. The Company, 

however, has the right to give immediate notice before terminating your services if you are guilty of misdemeanor, misconduct,  negligence or breach of any of the terms of this Letter of Contract. Upon the termination of your employment you shall return to the Company all 
documents, records, items and materials in your possession or custody 
belonging to the Company or its clients and you shall not retain any copies 
(including electronic or soft copies) thereof. During your notice period, you shall
handover all documents and materials relating to your work and ensure a 
smooth transition of your duties and responsibilities. If you fail to complete the 
handover during the notice period, the Company shall be fully entitled to require and compel you to stay two (2) more weeks after the notice period has ended to complete 
the hand over.


You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained 

during your course of employment or during your recruiting process unless 

expressly authorized by the Company. Confidential information for the 

purposes of this employment includes and is not limited to trade secrets, 

business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information that 

will affect the Company's competitive position. Your obligations to maintain 

confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after your employment until such time 

that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the 

Company. You shall not without prior written consent of the Company destroy, 

make copies, duplicate or reproduce in any form the Company's confidential 



This Letter of Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with 

the law of UAE Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and 

conditions by signing on the lower side and returning to us the duplicate copy of 

this letter within three (3) days from the date of this letter.
