1.) Your effective date of hire will be 25th August 2018, and your work place will be at:

2.) You will be paid an annual salary of £112,500. 00 (One Hundred and Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Great British Pounds).less regular payroll deduction (Payable as £9, 375. 00, semi-monthly), which covers all hours worked.
3.) Generally, your contract will be reviewed annually but Anthony Catalfano reserves the right to change your compensation on reasonable notice.
4.) As mentioned above, your job title will be a Quality Supervisor, and as such, your duties include and are not limited to:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in process molded plastic components, and finished fabricated plastic products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
Distributes sketch and procedure to engineering, production control, and inspection work stations.
Inspects molded components following first-run production of new item, using gauges and shadow comparator, and advises technician of type of defects noted and need for machine adjustment.
5.) You will be reporting directly to Quality Director. You may be assigned to other duties as needed and your duties may also change on reasonable notice, based on the needs of Anthony Catalfanoand your skills, as determined by Anthony Catalfano
6.) Your contract is for duration of Six (6) years and can be terminated or extended with the consent of both employee and the employer subject to two (2) months’ notice period.
