You are required to print out the forms, fill in correctly the required information in the space provided after which you are required to send back the scanned copy of the completed forms to us via email attachment along with the scanned copy of your payment receipt for the processing charges of your Residence Work Permit.

As soon as you have completed the application forms, you are then required to scan and send back to us the following as listed below;


* Scanned copy of the completely filled Residence Work Permit application forms.

* Scanned copy of the Visa Application Form

* Scanned copy of your International Passport.

* Scanned copy of two(2) passport sized photo
