EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT LETTER

JOB COMMENCEMENT DATE: 21st August 2015
Please find below the terms and conditions of your employment. You are required to sign below to confirm your acceptance and return this letter to us so as for further procedures to be carried out.
Terms and Conditions
1. Monthly salary - GROSS: £3,950 GBP NET: £3,450 GBP
2. The Rosewood Hotel will provide a suitable and convenient accommodation, which you would be entitled to leave in the room being provided for you for a period of one (1) year. The only fees which would be required of you to pay before you start living in your room is the A.R.F (Accommodation Registration Fee), for any of the packages listed below;

£655 GBP
£710 GBP
£980 GBP
Note: The A.R.F (Accommodation Registration Fee) would be paid only ONCE and then you would be allowed to live in the accommodation package which you would like to get registered for, for a period of one (1) year without paying anymore rental fees.
3. Your working hours will be from (8am - 4pm Mon-Fridays), with break period of 1hour only, beginning from (12pm - 1pm).
4. You will be entitled to have two (2) weeks paid leave.
5. You should also note that your employment here at The Rosewood Hotel would be considered
under the TIER 2 CASES work permit application scheme.
(Ignore if you are a member of the EUROPEAN UNION).
6. First one (1) week of your employment will be considered as probationary/training period during
which you should satisfy the hotel management with your capacity, before you would be
resuming full office.
7. If you are found unsuitable during the probationary period, The Rosewood Hotel would
sponsor your flight back to your home country and also refund back to you the accommodation
registration fee being paid.
8.Your feeding would also be taking care of by The Rosewood Hotel and you would be entitled to
three (3) square meals daily FREE of charge.
9. The Rosewood Hotel will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of
contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee.
• Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services, which are to be
administered by medical experts on job locations.
• In a case of emergency situation, an employee will be flown to his home country or any
country suitable for the best medical attention.
10. Information Regarding Travelling Documentations:
• As a NON-EU Citizen, you would require a Visa and a Residence Work Permit so as for you to be
eligible to work here in the UK. The Rosewood Hotel would be responsible to cover the expenses for
the processing of your Visa and Flight Ticket, whereby you would have to bear the charges for
the processing of your Residence Work Permit
• As an EU Citizen and a Member of the EEA and the SWISS National, you do not require a Visa and Work Permit to enter and work in the UK, so therefore The Rosewood Hotel would be responsible to pay for your Flight Ticket.
Note: EU citizens, especially from (Romania & Bulgaria), you would require only a Residence Work
Permit before you would be able to work here in the UK.
11. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if you indulge in any of the following incidents: Deliberate attempt to damage the properties around your working area, causing disturbance to other under the influence of alcohol.
12. Upon your head of dept's request, you should do overtime as and when if it is necessary.
13. The Rosewood Hotel is not responsible for any domestic problems.
14. All other conditions as per existing labour and the United Kingdom Law.
