3) During the period of probation, both parties reserved the power to terminate the employment contract by given
24hours notice. The management of MARRIOTT HOTEL shall respond to the termination of employment contracts

4) There shall be no permission for any leave during the period of probation; however the management shall
consider every leave in accordance to the rules of the company only when you have fully resume service.
5) You are likely to be transfer to any session, department or to any other branch of the company.
7) You are to treat strictly and confidentially the affairs of the companies and it customers, you will be given the
cognizant and particularly the quotation with specification and more other information
8) The company has the right to terminate the contract agreement without the notice of any employee or
applicants in the event of the following:
