             WHEREBY IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

 

1.

The employer hereby engages the employee and the employee hereby agrees to serve with the employer in Australia during such period the employee agrees to perform all legitimate duties assigned to him/ her in his/ her capacity as an employee by his/ her employer.

2.

The contract will remain valid for initial period of FOUR YEARS.

3.

The employer shall pay a Monthly salary to the employee and the salary shall be paid at regular monthly intervals.

4.

The employer will provide a maximum of five (5) Return air/flight ticket(s) for employee and accompanying family members to Australia.

5.

The employer will pay employee and accompanying faimily members visa economy class boarding package for return journey on completion of contractual period.

6.

The employee will be given a leave of 30 days for every completed calender year of service sequel to employee right in Australia.

7.

The employer will provide the employee and his/her family (if applicable), free Medical treatment of Government Hospital as and when required.

8.

If employee wishes to terminate his/her agreement before the end of contractual period,he/she must reach a mutual agreement with the employer and compensation if necessary.

9.

The employer will provide to employee free meals during duty periods, and paid familyaccommodation in Australia accordingly.

10.

Payment of compensation to the employee in case of disability or permanent injury arising out of and incurred while on duty will be provided for in accordance with the local Labor Laws and employee right in Australia.

11.

Canada and USA Laws will interpret this contract and all disputes will be settled through the appropriate Labor Courts in Australia.

That if I relocate to Australia with my family, I shall not boycot the King’s Tourist Hotel’soffer through which I secured my Australian visa/work permit on my point of entry to Australia.

That I agree to pay my DOIC Clearance fee with the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship Lawyers and any other expenses that may incur from a fifth relocating family member, whom the Australian air ticket shall not be provided by the institution.

All Hotel job offers are fake.  No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK!  There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs.

Please read carefully because this applies to every job offer you receive!  99% of email job offers are scams!  No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview.  An email, online or telephone interview is always a scam! No real company ever charges any money for a job even for a visa or work permit! If they want you to pay and say they will refund the costs, you will just send money to a fake embassy official, travel agency or lawyer who is a really a scammer! Read:  www.scam-job-emails.tk  No real company, government or visa agent ever uses a free or public email address (yahoo.com gmail.com hotmail.com, aol.com, etc.)  Email addresses like diplomats.com, counsellor.com, consultant.com, lawyer.com etc. are also free email addresses.  Read: www.scam-email-addresses.tk No real visa agent ever requests money via wire to a bank account or by Western Union or MoneyGram. Read: www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk No real company uses a telephone number that begins with +44 70, +44 871, +44 870, +44 844, or +44 845. Those are forwarding numbers which are not in the UK.  Read: www.scam-telephone-numbers.tk There are no exceptions!  Don't let a scammers convince you otherwise!  A scammer is only as smart as his victim is naive!  If something sounds too good to be true, it is a scam!  Always "Google" all telephone numbers, email addresses and websites in any job offer to see if it has already been posted as a scam!
