Congratulations on your job application, we wish to officially announce to you that your job application has been accepted and approved by the Board of Directors and Job Recruitment team of Marriott Int’l Hotel London with reference to your job; we are pleased to offer you the position in COMPUTER ENGINEER in Marriott Hotel London. On the terms and conditions mutually discussed and agreed upon your basic salary will be (3,500 GBP) Monthly and you shall work for 8 hours per day and also there is a chance for overtime if you have the strength. This payment is made to you as dictated by the United Kingdom Tax Authorities and is subject to increment.

ALLOWANCES:
Hazard/Inconveniences allowance - 8% of Basic salary.

All expatriates are entitled to a one (1) month paid home leave, which can be taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart one different period. Salary Terms and Condition as follows:
The Payroll Administrator will provide the details to you. your allowances, benefits and other terms and condition of your employment will be as per companies policies as applicable from time to time.
* Your compensation will be reviewed every year in the month of May as per Company policies. You will be initially placed at our Manchester office but your services are transferable to any other office of the Company in United Kingdom at the discretion of the Company's Management.
EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES:
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars (Visa) and Work Resident permit will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will be reimbursed not later than Five (10) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses (after one week of arrival to job location) will however reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee.
The Employer will have to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Visa, and Work/Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly know how seriously the Employer is, and after the visa/working permit is been issued by our Asian Representative in India, the hotel has to pay 3-6months salary to the Employee in advance before travelling to uk, this is to make sure that the employer covered up his/her expenses before travelling.
MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL HOTEL VISA REPRESENTATIVE:
Your date of joining the company will be mentioned to you after your visa is issued by the British High Commission India. So in this regards you are requested to contact our Asia international representative for your visa processing and working permit to the UK. Contact Him with the below given information for your guidance through the visa processing application, We have fax all the relevant documents to him in these regards. Once your visa is issued, the management of this company will confirm your flight ticket immediately.
You are advised to sign on the right side corner of the offer letter and forward (by email only) a copy back to us and to the Marriott Visa Representative at the British embassy in India as a token of your acceptance of our terms and condition which will enable him procure your work permit visa immediately.
Below are the contact details of our visa processing officer which you have to contact immediately after you receive your appointment letter, so that he will assist you in getting your visa. Your visa processing fees has to be paid in india through an agent account.
