These scammers used to try to sell oil they did not have. Now they are trying to sell arms they don't have. They claim to be arms manufacturer and exporter from Russia. Their
modus is to claim that they need to register a client with the Russian
Authorities and that costs US$300,000-00. They are NOT a manufacturer
nor registered trader in military and controlled items.
