    One person named Dr Thompson Mark replied to one of my real estate ad with the same number. The reply sounded very suspicious, so, I suspected scam. Below I have pasted the reply I got.

    Please send me the details of your property,
    I will appreciate it with the google map or
    the scan copy of the survey plan. Send it fast
    for me to consider if it is good enough for my 
    investment. You can as well partner with me in my
    investment in India if you so wish. You will handle the 
    project while I send the money.
