This is an import/export scam email.
Dear sir / madam,
We hereby bring to your notice that a product registration application was submitted on our desk which has your company's name / contact details as the supplier / manufacturer of the INVOICED PRODUCTS (Prepared Foods / Vegetables).
BENIN, BUREAUX DE CONTROLE send to you the below email with requirements, upon receipt shall we be empowered to issue an approval certificate covering your product/s for a free export/import and sales in our entire Benin and West African markets, so therefore you are required to provide to the BENIN, BUREAUX DE CONTROLE the below listed requirements.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTS REGISTRATION / APPROVAL
1. Properly completed Customs Bill of Entry
2. Certificate of Analysis of the product/s issued by the manufacturer.
3. Certificate of Manufacture and Free Sale issued by your Government, if available. Authority empowered by law in the country of origin to exercise regulatory control over the product.
4. 2Pc Representative samples of each brand as listed on your proforma invoice with ETS KEYWAY IMPORTS - BENIN, for our departmental laboratory test and analysis before approval.
5. Full legal address of the Manufacturer and the local representing company/Body.
6. Products Approval/Registration cost of Euro 2, 370.00.
The SOGECO products approval and registration form is also attached for you to fill and return copy back to us through our Residential Attorney who is in charge of your file, find herebe ow his contact details.
