This is a pet scam email. The first scammer uses the email address: kristina.brigitt@hotmail.de and the fake agency email is worldwideagencia.mascotas@hotmail.com Of course no real company of any kind would ever use a free email address! The telephone number of the "agency" is +23771967179. The arrest threat is quite amusing when you consider there is no pet!

1) Carlos Montagan has been charged with animal cruelty and drug possession after a seven-month investigation which began last August.
Carlos Montagan was arrested early Friday morning at his home in Cave Creek, Ariz. The arrest was connected to a police raid at his home on January 24 this year. Then, the Maricopa County Sheriff's office seized 12 dogs they said appeared to be malnourished and the remains of three dogs buried in
Carlos Montagan's backyard. The sheriff's office said one of the corpses was charred.
He was charged 3875 pounds as indemnities and two years imprisonment.
2) Joseph Mohammed has been charged for pet abandonment in a Cameroon Animal Airport based in Cameroon.
Joseph Mohammed is another victim that was arrested because he failed to pay for the import and export duties for his four kittens coming from Cameroon to WIEN(AUSTRIA) 12 June 2012. He claimed he is no longer interested in having these kittens delivered to him and he will not make the payment.
International order was placed by the international animal rescue team to arrest him because these kittens were abandoned by Joseph Tshabalala. He was sued and jailed 4 years imprisonment with hard labor and 5000.00 Euros as indemnities.
