Subject: Appointment Letter


I wish to inform you that, we have gone through your resume which we received for this international career to work in CRH United Kingdom, we are delighted to appoint you this day on this opportunity to be part of CRH Family United Kingdom as your eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed in my office by the consent of Company’s officials.

However, as we are appointing you this day, you are strictly advised to follow the instruction of the instructed British Attaché at British Consulate in Senegal to get your entry clearance done according to the rules of the UK immigration service.

Note that since you have applied for this work from outside UK, this offer is subjected to you obtaining a work visa or any other permission or documentation as prescribed by the Government of UK for Immigration service. You are required to send the sign off copy of this Appointment Letter to Mr. Paul Johnson at the Embassy via mail for the visa application forms to be given to you and sending your Appointment Letter to him is evidence that you have passed the employment process and that you are eligible to apply for your work visa to take up employment with us.

We consulted with Mr. Paul Johnson to process your visa application forms, in order that your visa application forms will not be delayed as a result of personnel incapability to succeed in face to face interview with the UK visa authority in Senegal. However, you shall transfer your visa fee to him to register your application as his candidate and as soon as he gets your application registered, he shall procure an appointment for you and let you know when you shall be meeting him for a vignette of visa.

Other company related documents like certificate of sponsorship and company financial statement of account have been sent to the British Consulate in Senegal as supporting documents to enable in furtherance processing of the visa application forms that you shall be receiving from Mr. Paul Johnson as soon as you send the sign copy of your appointment letter to him. He will open your file as his candidate at the British Embassy to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by paying your visa fee.
