These scammers are working with different names and numbers like DIMA (+7 926 740 18 16) or Andrey or others. Interestingly the names of their officials & format of the website if exactly the same as per previously reported scam website :) on https://419advancefeefraud.blogspot.com/2017/01/tatnefteprom-npzru-russian-oil-scam.html#comment-form
Check their website, hit Contact button on top and you would see the names of those General Secretary & Assistant Secretary as reported in above link, are exactly the same (at least till today when I am posting this). We wasted alot of time with these idiots!
