Am glad to receive your updated resume. Am Allen Johnson of the Johnson’s family Canada. I would like to intimate you on the nature of the service/ input I would require from you if considered.

I need sharp and swift thinker to help me manage my private affairs (Taken care of my estates, which also involves attention to other staffs), other activities you will undergo from time to time will be direct assessment of my interest in the grand family real estate business (both ready and ongoing), safe to say I need a very private personal assistant in house keeping  and asset management.

You will be solely required to supervise all the domestic and technical workers, working in my estate to make sure everything is at proper functioning state.

My initial contract duration with you will be for 4 years, before the contract could be terminated and if possible renewed depending on your  performance and you so see fit .

I offer the following facilities throughout your services under my employ in Canada.

A) Private quarters for accommodation with a furnished sitting room and bedrooms to accommodate a family of 4 conveniently (Should you wish to relocate with your family


B) An official car
 
WORKING HOURS
You will be working from 7:30 am to 11:45 am in the morning and from 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm after dinner.
 
SALARY INDICATION
you will be eligible to receive basic salary of $8,800:00 CAD (Eight thousand eight hundred Canadian Dollars) Basic (after Tax) MONTHLY.
 
ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconveniences: $450 .00 dollar (Monthly)
Car Maintenance: $500.00 dollar (Monthly)
House & Furnishings: $ 1,800 dollar (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: 300.00 dollar (Monthly)
Travel & Events: $550.00 dollar (every 3 months)

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
You are entitled to 2 months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2 weeks apart from one different period. You will be receiving 5,500.00 CAD Take home for each leave Period.

To proceed further regarding the absorption, following your satisfaction with the terms and your willingness to work with me also your innate assurance that you can handle the mentioned responsibilities, we will need you to scan and send the copy of your educational certificates, working experience and passport photograph and passport data page, with your phone number highlighted.

Upon confirmation of the above document, my lawyer will be issuing the contract agreement document with the terms and conditions officially.
