Dear Staff,

Our Human Resource Department got your application and interview form and your signed  letter relating to the direct employment that is going on in our company.

To this point, we want to congratulate you on your appointment with KOSMOS ENERGY. We wish to contact you via Phone but the time difference won’t permit. So please bear with us. We wish to inform you that we have gone through your application and interview, resume and we are satisfied in working with you.

However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting and now your eligibility to work in KOSMOS ENERGY, has been confirmed at the Company's Management board. So you are expected to get all your traveling documents ready with you through the assistance of the U.S Immigration Attaché Consular, in Mumbai India. You can bring your family along but not more than 5 members will be allowed.

Note that the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained through US High Commission Mumbai India as your petition has been sent. According to the US Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the U.S Attaché in the U.S Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

The visa cost will be refunded back to you as soon as you resume duty in U.S.A in line with the Company policy on international applicants.
