Thanks for your message. If I have been selected for the position I would like to apply for the VISA myself in concerned Australia VISA office. I do not want the immigration attorney assistance as they make it most complicated process. You need to sponsor WORK visa AND related petition forms etc through FEDEX / courier to my residential address. I will take care of the visa application process and appointment in my country. Kindly let me know if this is possible, then I will proceed further with application form and interview questionaire.
