The management of LEE Engineering and Const. Co. Ltd has decided that you will be starting work with our organization on or before the the 23/03/2015 depending on when you send all the requested documents for the processing of your work permit and visa.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be moved to our company's residential area which is a spacious apartment suitable for you and your family
You will have to make arrangements for your accommodation during the first two months of the probation period, our organization do not make arrangement or provide accommodation to employees during the probation period, we did so in the past but had failure from some employees. You are free to look for any place to stay any where in the city or around the job site.
We offer food to employees in Bassa community guest home, we also transport employees to and from their work sites.
You shall be required to submit the following documents, if you have not submitted the same earlier :
1) Three scan copies of your recent passport size photographs.
2) Index page of driving license or identification card (NIC).
3) Proof of address, this can be a scan copy of any utility bill.
4) Medical records or certificate of fitness from any certified medical practitioner.
6} Index page of your passport.
7) Signed letter of employment offer. (Submitted)
As soon as we receive the above documents, your file will be completed and forwarded to the immigration center for the processing of your visa and work permit.
We need the name of the airport where you will depart from to proceed with your travel arrangements.

Thanks for the quick response. We have prepared a place for you in our organization base on the answers on the interview forms and your CV. We will be delighted to have you as part of our team.
Your first two months with the company will be considered the probation period, during this period, you will be expected to give in your best to maintain your position. We provide costumes and all working tools to employees, we are responsible for your to and fro flight ticket, visa and work permit. We also pay one month advance salary to employees after their second week of work to enable employees to settle down in their new environment. Your salary during the probation period will be R58,727.00 per month.
You will then sign a full-time contract with the company, your salary will be agreed by you and the company. We offer sponsored holidays trips to our employees four times yearly, after every three months, you will be entitled to a two week holidays. Your family members are free to visit you twice a year at the expense of the company.
Our insurance policy covers one employee and four family members, we have a medicalunit on site for our employees and their family members. We offer to and fro flight ticket to employees and their family members. You don't have to pay for your flight and traveling documents, it's our company's responsibility. You will have to pay 2.5% of your wages for tax and insurance cover.
If you have a place to stay, we will need to verify that it is close to the job site and also save for you. Our organization will reimburse to you the amount paid for your accommodation once you arrive Cameroon and sign the assumption of duty letter or when paying your first salary after your first week of work with the company, this is because we have paid for accommodation, work permit and flight tickets for employees who never showed up to resume duties after signing the contract and receiving their package. We ended up wasting time and money. We just want to make sure that we are making departure arrangements for employees who are serious to relocate and work with our company in the Bonaberi road and bridge construction project and the second phase of the Kribi deep seaport complex.
