This is a suspcious employment agency offering fruit picking jobs. Fruit picking jobs require no skills and most companies would just hire their own citizens to fill the jobs. Most nations will not give out a visa or work permit for unskilled labor. Moreover, they demand fees for work permit and visa though the company should pay these!
