ReplyDeleteWell i am not the FBI or law enforcement, however, these scammers are using pre-paid mobile numbers, free email addresses and collecting money via Western Union, so nobody really knows their identity. Even registering a website doesn't require them to give identifying information. Then there are jurisdictional issues, the FBI are in the U.S., the scammers are generally in West Africa. So even if they could be identified, which is a tall order, the FBI would have to depend on Nigeria to bring them to justice. You see the problems...
