I told you before and i will tell you again, you have the sole right to bring your family along to join you in the UK but that would be after you resume work here, because your 2-tier work permit visa and resident permit covers both you and your family. You will have to either send them invitation letter to join you after you resume or this organisation send itself, either ways. We are 100% responsible for your family's welfare and yours, in terms of medicals, accomodations, feeding, transportations, UK government TAx etc.
This is not a business transaction and we are not enforcing this job into anyone. If you cannot observe our policies then we cannot provide you employment. Visa expenses is enormous and we have taken responsibilities here apart from the little money you will pay over there in your country in procuring your travelling papers. Remember the contract us covers the reimbursement of whatever expenses you incure while processing your travelling papers in your country.
Your renumeration monthly is 2,500.00 Pounds but this would be increased to even more than the 3,500.00 Pounds you are requesting as soon as we see your improvement and this might be almost immediately you resume work with us depending on how much you are able to inspire us with your job. We have since sent you your interview form and that was sent along with the application form which you duely filled. Every interview we had with you was based online until your resume work here and please do understand we are employing you only based on your experiences garnered over the years in accounting field.
We are obviously going to spend alot in bringing you down here, so your first 3months here whatever salary that is given to you, we would be deducting our expenses on you little by little until the organisation gets all it used in bringing you down here to UK and remember we also need to settle some tax and other government regulations on your behalf so it doesn't affect your salary when you resume work here. Do understand alot of people are also clamouring for your position, so your response would determine whether or not we should leave your position vacant. You have to go through the contract agreement with us for 2years and sign alongside with the appointment letter so we could forward your duely signed appointment letter to the appropriate quaters to enable us commence your travelling documentations and as soon as we receive your signed appointment letter, we shall forward to you the contact information of our consular agent in delhi, india who is responsible for our expertriates travelling documentatons without any problems. You will have to contact him and begin the documentation process with him asap to enable you resume work here as soon as possible. Thank you
