This is a scam!  No real bank official or governmental agent would EVER use a free email address.   If you were really getting $95 million, why would they need $5,000 when they could simply deduct it from the $95 million??? And then they want you to send $5,000 via Western Union? Western Union/MoneyGram = Fraud & Scam!
