Hope this mail finds you in good health? Please permit me to write you irrespective of the fact that we have not met before, and I also plead with you to patiently read through my proposal before making a decision whether or not to partake in this business opportunity or not. I need you assistance as a Foreigner from the same Country of the original contractor to Claim the amount of US$24.5M (Twenty Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) I negotiated off the original Contract sum; pending for payment at the South Africa Offshore Payment fund managers in the United Kingdom.
My choice of you for this transaction is basically hanged on urgency and limitation on my part as a staff of the South African Government and I hope you will not let me down?
