With direction to our correspondences/Verification/transmission of information and recommendation from our recruitment partner, we are satisfied to offer you the Applied Job with us, DUBAI GULF ACADEMY DUBAI. You were selected for this position based on your previous work experience and your impressive educational accomplishments. We are thrilled to offer you this position in our team. We are confident you will thrive professionally and personally while working for our organization.

Please find attached herewith, relevant document containing the Prototype of your Contract Package for your perusal and approval, and upon review and acceptance of this Contract Package, sign on the last page and send back to us and contact EAGLE GULF TRAVEL AGENCY UAE. Send a scanned copy of the Acceptance (Last) Page to the travel agency for the acquisition of your work documents as indicated on your Employment contract attached.

Please furnish us with the following job documentation requirements for our records (Scanned Soft Copies):
01. Copy of International Identity Card (Passport/National Certificate/Birth Certificate)
02. Copy Academic Certificates.
03. Name, Address & Telephone number of somebody to be contacted in case of a medical emergency.
04. 1 copy of colored passport size photo.

Original copies of serial 1 & 2 will have to be exhibited before the Recruit Department upon your arrival.

You are to sign and scan send a copy of the contract as a sign of acceptance, also send a copy to the above-mentioned Document processing company (EAGLE GULF TRAVELS AGENCY) for the acquisition of your Work and Resident Permit documents.

We will issue you employment certificate as soon as we receive your signed acceptance copy.

Note: Always update us with the process between you and the Travel Agency in case of advice where necessary, and ensure you provide them with their requirements quickly for fast processing of your work and resident permit document from their office.

Meanwhile, there will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Staff which will take place within the Premises of DUBAI GULF ACADEMY DUBAI – UAE and this Program will start 7 days on arrival for work sign-on.
