Fraud web sites registered by scammer Richard Addo using "cupidfella@yandex.ru" and "cupidfella@yahoo.com" scamming traders from Western and Eastern Europe as well as the Americas by impersonating Russian citizens and oil companies in what is commonly referred to as the "Russian Oil Scams". These have been going on for years and all the scammers we have identified so far have been West African nationals living in Russia and all using Russian names in their scams so that Russians would be blamed for their crimes. Details are posted extensively at Fraudwatchers Also on Alibaba where you can read the growing animosity these crimes have caused towards Russia and it's citizens, the very people who have welcome these individuals to study in their country. That type of ingratitude towards their host country is very common of all scammers regardless of nationality.
They also soil the reputation of the thousands of honest West Africans living in Russia and making a positive contribution to Russian society. These thieves are a liability to Russia as well as their own people.
