ATTENTION:

The Immigration Consultant Attorney of MILKY WAY GLOBAL TRAVEL SERVICES in
the State Department received the original / hard copies of Contract Appointment
Letter with Job Reference No: GS/78494/ from GULF SHALE OIL & GAS SERVICES
& CONTRACTING CO. DUBAI.

Further steps shall be taken on the application to secure your Entry Residence
Visa to the duty location for your (3) year renewable contract with your employer.

According to our contractual procedure with your employer will be undertaking for
your flight ticket arrangement down to your duty location in United Arab Emirates however
the applicant shall embrace all the cost for processing of the entire UAE immigration documents.

In order to be eligible for employment in the UAE, the following fees will be
required for the issuance of Employment/residence visa and work permit;

a. VISA APPLICATION FEE:------------------------ $170 USD
b. RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE:........................ $400 USD
c. WORK PERMIT FEE......................... $240 USD

In the visa application form, please do not fill in PARTICULARS OF SPONSOR/HOST
