The Account is active value Currency Converter Account from US General Consulate Account department where the money will be converted to US Dollar which will enable the consulate to Courier your documents to US for the working visa approval once you want to pay in rupees. As soon as you make the payment scan and send the payment slip to me in order to attach it with your file for submission in the registration department.
