   Hope you are doing just great. Its required that you read the contract agreement document carefully and sign at the space provided for the contractors signatory  for confirmation of your acceptance. 

Its required that you fill the attached Ghana visa application and send back through Email attachment alongside scanned copy of your international passport. 

The hard copies of your Employment document and job description will be dispatched to your provided address alongside your Ghana employment authorization card which you will as well use for your visa stamping.

As stated in your contract agreement document, a total amount of $550 equivalent is required for the application and processing of your Ghana employment authorization card which I will equip you with procedure on how to make payment for the same. 

It is totally the right of the company to procure all working and relocation related documents/papers for their respective employees but due to our past experiences with previous employees who obviously fail to relocate due to minus reasons after spending money for their visa and permit card. 

For company management to note your commitment to work with us, you have to procure your Ghana employment Authorization Card and later be reimbursed  by the company  and provision of  your first month up front salary,Visa and flight ticket to Ghana after confirming your Ghana employment authorization card from my department.
