We are glad to receive your feedback for the advertisement and we are happy that you are interested in seeking career with us; I wish to inform you that we have gone through your CV/resume, and you have emerged one of the 26 candidates who successfully passed the company profiles for recruitment as it was expected. We have also gone through your profile and your qualifications have made us to consider to offer you a position because of your lengthy work experience,  but this position becomes official when the management have concluded which will be coming up after you agree with the terms and condition of this Company by signing this contract with us.

NOTE: There will be no interview since this is full-time manpower job where anybody is fit to work with us.

But there will be a seminar/orientation and training upon your arrival in United States Of America.

You would be officially appointed into a designated position after seminar/orientation and training.

You must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our Company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. The Company has provided a free accommodation that benefits family size not exceeding 5 occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself and Family throughout the period you wish to working with us.

The Company shall provide air ticket for you to come here from your country after you must have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company Transportation Department to process your ticket to come for your career with us.

Moreover, you are expected to follow the Company's traveling policy. So, for this reason, you should take care of the (Visa Application) Fee. Your readiness with the traveling visa fee will enable the U.S.A Visa Officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and work permit without any delay.

If you agree with this employment schedules and ready to relocate and to work with us, print out this contract agreement and sign it after reading and send it back to us for office use. Also, send us the scan copy of your qualification documents.

If the conditions stated in your appointment letter are acceptable to you, you are hereby directed to contact Consulate Thomas L. Vajda  for the processing of your work permit/residential to facilitate your travel to the USA for commencement of work. 

VISA/WORKING PERMIT PROCESS: 

Eagle Oil & Gas Company USA, have mandated a reliable Immigration officer to assure immediate visa processing/approval for all our new 26 appointed staffs coming from Asia and the Middle East region to United States of America to avoid delay cause by visa processing. On this note you are requested to follow any instruction given to you by the Immigration officer. When applying for visa, you are responsible for (VISA/WORK PERMIT) charges for your visa processing, while company is responsible for your air-ticket and other subsequent charges. 

Notice: If you cannot pay for (VISA/WORK PERMIT) charges for your visa processing and approval do not bother to contact the Consulate, because your traveling permit will not be processed. Also, you are to notify this office to enable us cancel your appointment letter and replace your position with more serious applicant as we are not ready to entertain delay or waste time with unserious appointees. Eagle Oil &s Gas Company USA, has in the past incurred 100% of our applicant travel expenses, on arrival of some of the Appointed staffs to AMERICA; we don't see them to pick up at the Air-Port, that means some Appointed staffs use our job opportunity to come over to AMERICA without showing up for the Appointment, which was the reason why the work permit were been processed for the staffs with the help of USCIS attorney in the U.S. 

Due to this, Eagle Oil & Gas Company USA, Recruitment Officers had to work more on our recruitment policy. So, all appointed Staffs must incur 20% travel expenses, while the company is responsible for 80%, this is also refundable upon your arrival in America, so as to ascertain your seriousness and readiness to work with us. 

Any expenses you make shall be reimbursed back to you as you have prove of payment in form of an official receipt, will facilitates a prompt reimbursement of all claims/expenses.
