Registration and the Residence Certificate
Under Spanish law any EU citizen intending to stay in Spain for more than three months is obliged to register to be added to the Central Register of Foreign Nationals (Registro Central de Extranjeros) at a Foreigners' Office (Oficina de Extranjero) or local police station (Policia Nacional) .

A Registration Certificate as an EU Resident (Certificado de registro como residente comunitario) is issued. This document certifies residence in Spain and includes the holders name, address, nationality, and foreigners tax identification number (Número de Identificación de Extranjero - NIE) along with the date of registration. Once issued this certificate is valid indefinitely as long as the applicant’s personal circumstances stated on the application remain the same. If for example the applicant is to change home address, get married or divorced, a new application is required.

Note: Prior to the introduction of the Residence Certificate in April 2007, foreigners were required to submit a separate application for an NIE. This is no longer necessary, as application for an NIE is incorporated in the residence certificate application process.

Firstly before I proceed with the petition for your NIE and Residency Certificate, I have to first of all get you your Expatriate Quota Approval Letter and Affidavit of Guarantee from the Spanish Law Court.

You are to send me the following required documents so that I can make a petition for you with the concerned Authorities.

a) Your Academic/Professional Certificates.
b) Photo page of your international passport with validity of six months (6 months)
c) A passport photograph
d) Affidavit of Guarantee from the Spanish Law Court.
e) Job Offer Letter from your employer "DRAGADOS OFFSHORE
f) Proof of Medical Fitness. ( Optional).

As part of our services, we also render assistance to expatriates in obtaining an Affidavit of Guarantee via the Spanish Law Court. The submission of the entry security clearance requirements Filled Entry Application forms and international passport will necessitate the Court to provide further instructions after due screening of your international passport via your country's High commission here in Spain.

PLEASE NOTE : In pursuance and actualization of your NIE & Residency Certificate, you are mandated to submit copies of academic certificates, passport photograph, and a verifiable International passport.

Attention VICTIM

We are in receipt of your mail sent, with your scan documents. After my review, it was okay. While we wait for the result of the verification of your Certificates and the other documents, we advice that you take every part of your processing steps very important by submitting valid data, to avoid any deny of your NIE and Residency Certificate into the country. Because every documents submitted is subject to verification, and if it is false, might cause you denier for stay above three months.

However, Before i proceed with your petition for your NIE and Residency Certificate application. I have to get your Affidavit of Support and Letter of Attestation from the Spanish Law Court, as stipulated by the Company policy, clearly stated in your Agreement / Offer Letter

Below are the required fees needed for the Release within 2 working days, from the Spanish Law Court.

(1) Affidavit of Support = €850.00 EURO
(2) Letter of Attestation = €770.00 EURO
(3) Stamp Duties = €200.00 EURO  

The Grand Total:€1,820.00 EURO.
