Greetings to you. We present to you as Eloumndem Constructions . We have received your CV as a desire to work for our company as an Civil Engineer , for the construction and renovation of stadiums in Cameroon. The aim for us now is to make sure that the soccer stadiums are ready and fit for the 2019 African nation cup finals that will be hosted by the government of Cameroon. So we are informing you that we have gone through your CV and we are interested in your engineering skills. Attached to this mail is the job description and application form. You are to read through the job responsibilities and if you are able to handle the position, kindly get back to us with a filled and signed application form and then we will proceed from there.
Regarding the pay package, it will be as follows:
The initial pay will be $80 per hour of work and 8 hours of work per day; Monday to Friday
You will be on probation for three months during which we will pay your salary normally. ( salaries are paid weekly )
When you confirm your acceptance of our job offer (by filling and signing) application form and interview form attached to this email) we will also send you a pre-contract which you will read through and sign indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions. You must fill and sign your application form before we consider your application. ( Make sure you give us all answers to the questions in the application form, because they help us understand the person we are employing. The project is set to start on the 1st September 2016, and if you are accepted and awarded a contract to work with us, you will be on probation for 3 months. From the month of September till November after which you could be moved to our branch in USA or stay in Cameroon depending on your output.
During these three months of probation, you will take care of your accommodation/housing expenses. After this probationary period (of three months) if you provide satisfactory services, you will then sign a long term employment contract with us and we will provide accommodation for you in our company residential quarters where we accommodate all our permanent staff. This accommodation at our company residential quarters will then come to you free of charge. You will then pay only for your bills (electricity, water, and phone). Internet services for all staff residing at our company residential quarters are free of charge. We have a few apartment rental agencies around us which we always recommend strongly for all our employees, where they can get their accommodation during the three months probationary period.We always recommend these because they are of good standards, very safe/secure and at the same time, moderately priced. If you finally take full time employment with us, upon completion of this initial construction phase of the project, you will either remain here in Cameroon in our branch office or you will be sent to one of our offices either in Europe or in the US or another country as the need may be. since we will like to make you our permanent worker depending on your output.
Please bear in mind that if you are taken for this job, we will expect you to report for the job without any avoidable delay.
