I will love to hire a caring male or female who is willing to work in my house in New York City as a house Manager/house-sitter directly. I can afford to pay ($14,500) United States dollar every month and ($300) every week for your upkeep.

Your responsibility is to manage other workers working in the house to ensure all activities are properly coordinated within as i am always away from home due to the nature of my work.

I received your mail and i have contacted my lawyer and the United States department of labor and all other consigned authorities for your employment approval in line with the human rights, ethical labor and employment practice.

Attached to this email is the employment contract agreement, read to understand the content, Upon your acceptance to the terms and conditions of the employment, do print it out, fill in your details and attach a copy of your passport photograph to it, scan neatly and send back to me for further official endorsement towards the processing of your visa with the US Immigration service here in New York.

After signing and submitting the employment agreement, I shall send to you your offer/appointment letter and direct you on how to obtain your Working Visa from the U.S Consulate.

Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of this employment, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification along side with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. Your certificates will help me to prepare the documents that will be sent to the embassy for your visa to be processed.
