That the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the Canadian High Commission in your Country, according to the Canadian Border Agency. Now you have to send the Appointment Letter to Barr. Nathaniel Dominic, after your duly signature and date through email for immediate visa registration approval/processing in Canadian High Commission in India, that will prove that you are my employee and all necessary help should be render to you. Kindly find the attached copy of your Appointment/Employment contract letter on this mail.
Your documents has been forwarded to Barr. Nathaniel Dominic, in Canadian High Commission in India for further processing of your visa. Your file will be open by the appointed visa zonal coordinator in the Canadian Embassy office in your country on your behalf as an authorized Diplomat as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.
As it was stated in the appointment letter copy; (a) you are to take initial responsibility of your Work Permit Visa fees. (b) I will be responsible for your flight ticket to Canada after your Visa is approved (c) I will refund the Visa expenses to you immediately you arrived Canada with less than 24 hours. (d) I will not initially take responsibility of your Visa fees as I do not want to waste my money on applicant that is not actually prepared to travel abroad even after the Visa has been approved.

I'm in receipt of the signed Appointment Contract Letter between you and Dr. Philippe Francis (Employer), he called me very early hour this morning asking me if I have heard from you and I told him no, now am going to call him and let him know you have signed and sent me copy as well. Meanwhile he has forwarded your documents to me and I have printed it out and opened a file for you accordingly and please you have to listen to my simple directives and instructions so that before 15 to 18 official working days your 3 years visa will be completed and I will invite you to Chandigarh or Delhi Canadian Embassy for final process, by then your fingers print and digital photo snap will be taking right inside the embassy thereafter visa stamping into your international passport. After filling the form, sign on top of your photograph passport size and stapled it on the space provided on the first page of the form and scan it then forward it to my mail Id, below is the Correspondence Account Details to make the payment of processing & approval fees of 425.00 USD which converted to be 28,079.79 INR, and the confirmation of your payment will now guarantee the registration of your visa application form then I will send you an official receipt for the payment because you will present it on your visa collection day. By the time your visa processing is completed, while coming to the embassy you will have to come with the photograph passport size of your family members (wife and kids) or stapled it on the space provided on the second form if you are married otherwise not necessary, to be included in your form respectively.
