My name is Surinder singh and I live in Distt. Shahjahanpur (U.P.)

On 16 February, 2015 I got a mail from Silver Bird Poultry Farm Inc. Montreal, QC H3B 2M3 Canada for the job of Poultry farm labourer. They sent us job application forms and Employment contract letters.

Then the HR Manager Dr. Jerome Wilson asked us to contact Mr. Mughali A.N. Henderson (Barrister & Solicitor) working with Canadian Embassy, New Delhi.

We contacted him over mail and he asked us to send documents and then deposit money CAD $ 191x3= 571 i.e. (Rs. 28800/-) into a State Bank of India account no. 20156322261 in the name of DARHMINGTHANGI as he said that this is an account of money exchange agency and he will transfer the funds to CIC from this account.

As we made payment in the account, he managed our CAQ (Certificate of Acceptance for Quebec) and sent the scanned copies to us. Further he asked us to make payment CAD $ 670x3= 2010 i.e. (Rs. 99300/-) for our TWP (Temporary Work Permit) from CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada).

After three days he sent us scanned copies of our work permits and LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment).
Then Mr. Mughali at Delhi again asked us to make another payment for CAD $ 1150x3= 3450 i.e. (Rs. 1,71,000/-) for the immigration clearance.

Since it is a big amount we decided to verify the CAQs, TWPs and LMIA (all the documents that he send to us) through some reliable immigration agency including CIC office at Delhi and Canada. We asked him to meet us personally once and then we will pay him the further amount but he denied.

I have called Canadian Embassy at Delhi yesterday in the morning and they said there is no one with such name working with the embassy.

In the mean while I send these documents to my cousin who is in Canada on study permit for verification. Also I sent these documents to an Immigration Agency in India and both of them verified that these are completely fake documents.

Since we have become the victims of this fraud as we have paid him total Rs. 1,28,100/- in the above mentioned SBI account (Receipts of the amount paid are also attached herewith)

That person Mr. Mughali is still making me calls from his number to pay money for the immigration clearance. But I said to him that it will take few more days time to manage this big amount so that we may get time and you people may investigate to get the culprit. So that our hard earned money can be taken back and moreover he may not make fraud with any one else in the country.

I am writing to inform the public about this person named Mr. Mughali who is using a telephone no. +91 9582696474 at Delhi and another person named Dr. Jerom Wilson with telephone no. at Quebec, Canada i.e. +1 581 703 0933 by which they make calls to me.
During all this process Mr. Mughali A.N. Henderson and Dr. Jerome Wilson they have been using the following website addresses and e-mail servers, which are inactive now. Though servers with .com are still in use whereas servers with .ca are not working.

In the meanwhile I have reported the fraud to High Commission of Canada in New Delhi also and I am trying to lodge an FIR in our location police station also.

I hope this information will help the Cyber Crime and Law to save any more such frauds in future.

Kindly help me find this person with the tracking of his mobile no. I wish if we may get our hard money back also.
