The Company develops, manufactures and sells a range of crop protection products, including herbicides, insecticides and fungicides that help crop producers protect their crops against damage caused by weeds, pests and disease. Its manufacturing and marketing operations based in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the Americas. The Company operates in two segments: crop protection and seed technologies. The crop protection segment deals in the manufacture and sale of crop protection products used by farmers to protect crops from damage caused by weeds, pests and disease. The seed technologies segment deals in the sale of seeds and seed treatment products.
