This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.
1.0 JOB TITLE/POSITION: SURVEYING ENGINEER
2.0 CONTRACT DURATION: 24 MONTHS, (Renewable)
3.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL
You shall be expected to work/lead a team of prime experienced project personnel’s with the mandate to provide excellent services.
4.0 JOB LOCATION: DUBAI, U.A.E.
5.0 MONTHLY TAKE-HOME SALARY
Your take-home salary will be US$7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars) – Monthly.
6.0 RESUMPTION DATE: 20TH JANUARY, 2015
7.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconveniences: US$ 260.00 (Monthly)
Entertainment & Recreation: US$ 375.00 (Monthly)
Car Maintenance: US$ 1,089.00 (Monthly)
Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the (24) month contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours.
Work from Sunday to Thursday, time is from 8:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm daily
8.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
All Employees are entitled to one month Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart on different period.
All Employees will receive US$ 3,580.00 Take home for each one month leave Period.
However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in advance with the travel/entertainment allowance.
Employer shall also take care of employee’s travel ticket including that of employee’s family only on employee’s early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
9.0 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate.
There are 2 Bedroom Flat for single candidate and 4 Bedroom Flat for family residence.
9.1 MEDICAL CARE
Employer will provide the employee and family members with comprehensive medical insurance for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
9.2 EDUCATION FOR KIDS
Employer will provide standard education and educational excursion allowance to employee’s child/children during the period of 24 months.
10.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY
Two (2) Month salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to resume duty. This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.
The two month salary shall be transferred to the employee after he/she has completed the procurement of UAE Work/Resident permit and signed acceptance copy of the contract package, a scan copy of his/her International Passport and a Passport Photo size for the immediate processing, procurement and acquisition of your necessary permits clearance papers as this is in line with the U.A.E Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.
10.1 SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, responsible for the approval and purchases as shall be deemed necessary for job success
Comprehensive infrastructure /management, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary.
Quality assurance, Quality control, corporate liaison work with one or more project team, or steering committee, senior managers and other key influences, possession and maintenance of outgoing and incoming policy and operations manuals.
You shall be expected to work lead a team of prime experienced project personnel’s with the mandate to provide excellent services.
You shall also be expected to meet/liaise with the entire management board of LIKPIN LLC for overview and updates bi-monthly.
11.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 5 GB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 500GB Hard Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.
Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
Cars: Employer will provide an official car brand new Toyota Corolla 2011 model for Senior/ Chief Staffs. Also they shall always be a standby Air Conditioned coaster Bus to transport ordinary staffs from the Company’s Estate to work Metropolis and ordinary staffs will also receive a movement allowance monthly.
12.0 TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.
Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service
Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.
13.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
14.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Off-shore/On-shore and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Company.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts. But must be used in accordance with the safety regulations in the company.
15.0 PROCUREMENT OF RESIDENCE/WORK PERMIT VISA.
Any candidate successfully recruited to resume employment at LIKPIN LLC Shall be expected to Scan and send to us and to the AL JINN TRAVEL SERVICES (AJTS)- U.A.E via E-mail a copy of his/her International Passport and a Passport Photograph size for the immediate processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR and shall be duly notified once their valid U.A.E Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers are completed.
Any candidate that accepts this offer will have to contact the AL JINN TRAVEL SERVICES and shoulder all the expense for the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR and the company will be reimbursing back the expense.
Note that all UAE based employees are to report personally to our office with their Emirate ID card, Passport for signing and collection of hard copy of their contract documents.
NB: Any employee who do not have International Passport, should notify us earlier to enable us arrange for an Emergency Travelling Certificate for him/her.
