All Hotel job offers to persons in countries such as India are fake.  No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in a faraway country to come to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the United States!  There are plenty of workers already in those countries for those jobs and you cannot get a visa to do unskilled labor.
Please read carefully because this applies to every emailed job offer you receive!  99% of email job offers are scams!  No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview.  An email, online or telephone questionnaire or interview is always a scam!  No real company ever charges any money for a job  for any reason whatsoever!  Not for a visa or work permit, deposit, housing or courier charges! Read:  Scammers will say the money will be reimbursed but it will not be!  Your money will be sent to a fake embassy official, travel agency or lawyer who is a really the same or a different scammer!!  No real company, government or visa agent ever uses a free or public email address (,, etc.)  Email addresses like,,, etc. are also free email addresses. Read: No real visa agent ever requests money via wire to a bank account or by Western Union or MoneyGram. Read: No real company uses a telephone number that begins with +44 70, +44 871, +44 870, +44 843, 44 844, or +44 845. Those are forwarding numbers which are not in the UK.  Read: If the company does not have a website or the website does not work, it is a scam!  Do not assume a website is legit!  Read There are no exceptions!  Don't let a scammers convince you otherwise!  A scammer is only as smart as his victim is naive!  If something sounds too good to be true, it is a scam!  Publicity defeats scammers.  Post the scam emails you receive and warn your friends  Always "Google" all telephone numbers, email addresses and websites in any job offer to see if it has already been posted as a scam!

2. CONTRACT PERIOD: The Contract will be valid for a period of two years from the date of joining and is extendable after the completion of two years.

for you, and your family (wife/husband and two children under the age of 18 years old).
3.9 Joining Expenses: You and your family (wife and husband with two children up to the age of 18 years old) will be entitled to economy class air ticket.
3.10 Visa Expenses: You have to bear the visa expenses for which company will reimburse it after joining the company.
3.11 Bonus: Bonus may be payable at management discretion.
3.12 Education Expenses: School Fees up to £5000 Pounds for 2 children up to the age of 18 years old per annum of actual whichever is will be entitlement for your children. Expenses on uniform, books, etc., will be borne by you.
4. WORKING HOURS: You are required to work 9 hours daily inclusive of 2 breaks which will be 30 minutes each and 40 (Forty) Hours per week. The working days are from Monday to Friday, training period working can be extended to Saturday.
5. TERMINATION: This contract can be terminated by either party on given three months’ notice in writing or deduction of salary equivalent to 3 months in lieu of the notice period in probationary period of 2 years. In case of termination of employment by the employer on disciplinary grounds no notice period or compensation in lieu of the notice period is required to be given.
6. SECRECY CLAUSE: You shall not part or disclose with any of the information to any outside person or organization. Breach of this condition shall be
considered as a serious offence which may necessitate legal action being taken by the company against you.
7. RESTRAINT OF EMPLOYMENT: You shall be restrained from taking
employment with any of our group of companies or competitors in London unless prior permission is obtained.
8. JOINING PERIOD & TRANSFER: You are required to join the company within 2 months period and as soon as you complete your visa processing. You should not have any objection to work even if you are transferred to any of our group of Hotels around the world.
9. SECRECY: You shall not part or disclose with any of the information to any outside person or organization. Breach of this condition shall be considered as a serious offence which may necessitate legal action being taken by the company against you.
10. COMPENSATION: In case you resign or otherwise wish to leave the service of the company before completing one full year of service under any circumstances whats oever you shall compensate the company for:
(a) Joining expenses incurred by the company on you and
(b) Three month’s salary (Every Month Part of your Salary will be retained up to two years as security and after successful completion of two years shall be reimbursed).
With this contract, any previous contracts signed by you with us or with any of our group of companies in United Kingdom or with any of our representatives to be treated as null and void.
