INSTRUCTIONS
You need to send back the scan copies of Offer of employment, Work
Permit application form, and Representative form with your
Signature (where applicant’s signature is mentioned) do not fill the
Forms only fill column number 71 to 76 of LMO application form, as
Well as the front & last two pages of your passport and colored
Photographs/snaps (scan copy).
All above documents should be colored it’s not necessary.
{If the applicant is not comfort with attached Lmo Application, Work Permit
Application and Representative Application form than, they are free to send
The scan copy of specimen / sample of their signature on blank paper along with scan copy of passport.}
After getting all the scan copies up to the given date with your
Signature, the Labor Ministry of Canada will issue the
Positive / Negative LMO letter. If the LMO letter will be positive, the
Application will be in process for Work Permit and once the Work
Permit will be issue from CIC department, you will be eligible for
VISA endorsement, generally the all above documents take the time of 2
To 3 months but as we need workers/employee on urgent basic so we pay
Extra for all related documents and these documents will be issue with
in 14 to 20 days maximum.
As the whole processing amount including your ticket will be
2,70,000/-INR. Payable in two different modes and only accept via bank
transfer in the given a/c for legally evidence. Hard cash/Draft and
any other mode of payment (other than stated above) will not be
considered.
DELAY IN PAYMENT MAY CAUSE THE CANCELLATION
Mode I
10% of amount from above stated total amount must be transfer to the
given a/c after getting the POSITIVE LMO LETTER OR Before start the
process(as initial amount) 9% of amount from above stated total
amount.
Note: The LMO letter is the entity of employer only. So no record will
be verified from employee from CIC/Embassy, only employer can verify
it through some coding numbers. In Some cases applicants send the copy
of LMO without asking from us, to above said than they get the
insufficient answer from them in scurry, so kindly follow the
instructions step by step without inconvenience. So do not waste
precious time when get the LMO, if within 72 hours, after getting the
LMO the payment of 10% will not be deposit the company will not
consider on Work Permit application form. Applicants will be liable to
pay the cost of LMO if not deposited the 10% after getting the LMO, and
the company will be free to take any legal action on behalf of all
signature papers (scan copies).
Mode II
90% of amount from above stated total amount must deduct from your
salary every month and you have to sign the BOND for this purpose
before leaving the country and after endorsement (stamped).
Note: The air fare, medical and all charges except 10% will be
include in 90% (Salary Deductions).So you do not need to pay extra to
any one as its direct hiring.
Total amount that would be paid by applicant: 270000/-INR (Paid in two different modes)
1. 10% means 27000/-INR just after Positive LMO directly by applicant.
2. 90% means 243000/-INR after the joining and will be deduct from applicant salary in 12 installments (20250/-per month) after completion of 12 months there would not be any deductions.
Note: Applicant just bear 27000/-INR itself than other expenses like medical fee, visa fee, ticket
and immigration etc will be bear by company on behalf of above said payment mode.
