I have received an offer from Alex Petrochemical Co., 109316, Moscow, Volgogradskiy prospekt, Tel. +7 495 971 6953,+ 1 more no. and fax, email: alekseyenergy74@gmail.ru, alexpetrochemical@mail.ru, alekseyenergy@gmail.com, offered metal scrap and asked that the buyer pays for obtaining export clearance affidavit. It seems this is a fraudulent company, otherwise, no such payment can be demanded. | |||
